Things to expect:

Premature leaf drop following the passing of the hot weather, particularly on shallow watered and drought stressed plants.
Bursting of citrus and other fruit results when fruits enlarge faster than the sunburned or hot weather-dried rinds can stretch.
Fall bloom of citrus occurs most often on stressed trees.
Damping off of petunias - don’t keep too wet.
Insects may move indoors if not controlled outside.
Worms in vegetable gardens.
